Who handles your data
Trimata is a brand operated by Bonder MB. The data controller is Bonder MB. For any question about your data, write to info@trimata.lt.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form: first and last name, work email, company name, website, phone number, your message and the service you chose. We also store the time of submission, the page language and the design variant.
When you browse the site: usage data (pages opened, clicks, device type and country). Analytics cookies are set only after you agree.
When you email us: your email and contact details.
Why we use it
To answer your request and prepare your free 3D preview and offer (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b): steps taken at your request before a contract).
To understand how people use the site and improve it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a): your consent to analytics cookies).
To protect the form from spam and abuse (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f): legitimate interest).
Who receives it
We never sell your data. It is processed only by providers the site needs to work: Railway (hosting and database, EU servers), Resend (email delivery), PostHog (analytics, EU servers) and our email provider.
Where a provider transfers data outside the EU, this is done under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for 24 months after our last exchange, unless you become a client; then we keep what the contract and the law require.
We keep analytics data for up to 12 months.
Cookies
Essential: we remember your language, design variant and cookie choice. No consent is needed for these.
Analytics (PostHog): set only after you click "Accept". You can withdraw consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, move or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@trimata.lt and we will reply within 30 days.
If you believe your data is handled unlawfully, you can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
